LACROSSE ACADEMY

Our lacrosse academy is the perfect place for anyone who wants to take their skills to the next level. Not only do we focus on technical skill development, but we also believe in building athletes up mentally. We teach values such as discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship, which carry over both on and off the field. Our experienced coaches understand that making mistakes is a natural part of the learning process, and they will work with athletes to help them improve their game.

DAILY SCHEDULE (SAMPLE)

  • Daily Strength & Conditioning training (includes a 15 warmup) 1.25hrs
  • All sessions lead by our certified instructors
  • Limited class size
  • Sessions monitored by our physical therapists and physicians
  • Field Training 1.5hrs lead by your student athletes head coach EACH DAY

  • Daily stick work, ground work, offense/defense and battle drills

  • Scrimmages are held 1x a week

  • Each session is split up to provide positional focus: goalie, offense, attack, middies, defenses.

Bi monthly each student athlete will participate in their nutritional seminar. Each session student athletes will layout their goals and provide their challenges. To improve each student athletes development nutrition and hydration goals must be met.
