Hockey Academy

The 2024-25 Hockey Academy at Florida Quest Prep School offers a comprehensive program designed to develop student-athletes both academically and athletically. Our academy includes:

  1. Professional Coaching: Training sessions led by experienced and certified hockey coaches.
  2. On-Ice Training: Regular practice sessions focusing on skill development, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning.
  3. Off-Ice Conditioning: Strength and conditioning programs tailored to enhance athletic performance and reduce injury risk.
  4. Academic Support: Structured study sessions and academic tutoring to ensure students excel in their coursework while balancing their athletic commitments.
  5. Competitive Play: Participation in local, regional, and national tournaments and leagues, providing exposure and experience in competitive settings.
  6. Facilities Access: Full access to state-of-the-art training facilities, including ice rinks, gyms, and recovery centers.
