Nutrition plays a critical role in the success of every athlete, and at Florida Quest Prep School, we prioritize our students’ dietary needs to give them the best chance of reaching their goals. Our coaches and nutritionists work closely together to evaluate each student’s individual needs and create a tailored diet plan that includes the essential nutrients, minerals and vitamins that aid in muscle recovery and overall performance. Our students are well-informed on the science behind nutrition, which allows them to make informed decisions on and off the field.
